Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
The NKX2 gene encodes a thyroid-specific transcription factor that binds to the thyroglobulin promoter and regulates thyroid-specific gene expression.
It also influences morphogenesis-related genes. Mutations or deletions in this gene are linked to benign hereditary chorea, choreoathetosis, congenital hypothyroidism, neonatal respiratory distress, and may be associated with thyroid cancer.
Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
