For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

RIPK3 is a member of the receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family of serine/threonine protein kinases. It contains a unique C-terminal domain distinct from other RIP family members and is predominantly localized in the cytoplasm, often co-localized with mitochondria. RIPK3 participates in the TNF receptor-I signaling complex, can induce apoptosis, and weakly activates NF-kappaB. Caspase-8 prevents RIPK3-dependent necrosis by forming a proteolytically active complex with CFLAR, which is essential for its protective function.
