For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ATP6V1C2 encodes a component of vacuolar ATPase (V-ATPase), a multisubunit enzyme responsible for acidifying eukaryotic intracellular organelles.
V-ATPase-dependent acidification is essential for:

• Protein sorting
• Zymogen activation
• Receptor-mediated endocytosis
• Synaptic vesicle proton gradient generation

The V-ATPase complex includes a cytosolic V1 domain and a transmembrane V0 domain. The V1 domain contains ATP catalytic sites and multiple subunits (A, B, G, C, D, E, F, H).
Alternative splicing of ATP6V1C2 produces different isoforms of the V1 domain C subunit.
