Product Specific Information
- Antibody is tested in direct ELISA.
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues, heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a GTPase belonging to the RAS superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins. Members of this superfamily regulate diverse cellular events, including cell growth control, cytoskeletal reorganization, and activation of protein kinases. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
