Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature (RT).
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a GTPase belonging to the RAS superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins. Members of this superfamily regulate a variety of cellular events, including cell growth control, cytoskeletal reorganization, and activation of protein kinases. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
