The MQ1-17H12 antibody reacts with human interleukin-2 (IL-2), a 17 kDa T cell growth factor and major immunoregulatory cytokine. This antibody is non-neutralizing.

• Applications Tested: Pre-diluted and validated for flow cytometric analysis of activated human peripheral blood cells.
  Recommended use: 5 µL (0.25 µg) per test (100 µL final volume).
  Applicable cell range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.

Alexa Fluor 532 is excited by the Green laser (532 nm) and emits at 561 nm. It is not compatible with the Yellow-Green laser (561 nm). Recommended filter: 560/14 band pass.
