Target Information
TSPAN31 belongs to the transmembrane 4 superfamily (tetraspanin family). Members of this family are cell-surface proteins with four hydrophobic domains. They mediate signal transduction events involved in cell development, activation, growth, and motility. TSPAN31 is implicated in growth-related processes and associated with tumorigenesis and osteosarcoma.
