Description:
Rat IgG2b monoclonal antibody is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
Applications Reported:
This Rat IgG2b κ Isotype Control eFluor® 570 has been reported for use in:
- Immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissue sections
- Immunohistochemical staining of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections
- Immunocytochemistry
Applications Tested:
Tested by immunocytochemistry on fixed and permeabilized cells. Use isotype control at the same concentration as experimental antibody.
Filter Recommendation:
For eFluor® 570 conjugate, use filters capturing 570 nm emission (e.g., Excitation 545/25, 565LP, Emission 605/70).
Standard Alexa Fluor® 555 or TRITC filters are also acceptable.
