Target Information
Annexin VI는 칼슘 의존성 막 및 인지질 결합 단백질 계열에 속합니다. 이 단백질들은 세포 외배출(exocytosis) 및 내포(endocytosis) 경로와 관련된 막 관련 과정에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. Annexin VI 유전자는 약 60 kbp 길이이며, 26개의 엑손으로 구성되어 있습니다. 약 68 kDa의 단백질을 암호화하며, 68개의 아미노산 반복 서열 8개로 구성되어 있습니다. Annexin VI는 Annexin I 및 II와 높은 서열 유사성을 가지며, 엑손 21의 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 두 가지 이소폼이 생성됩니다. Annexin VI는 분비 상피세포의 외배출 과정에서 엔도좀 응집 및 소포 융합을 매개하는 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
