Product Specific Information
This 9E2 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD335 (NKp46), a member of the natural cytotoxicity receptor family (NKp30, NKp44). CD335 is expressed on NK cells and plays a role in activation and expansion of resting NK cells upon interaction with dendritic cells, facilitating elimination of tumor and virus-infected cells (e.g., influenza). It also interacts with pancreatic beta cells in type I diabetes development.

- Tested Applications: Pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells.
Use at 5 µL (0.03 µg) per test (100 µL final volume). Cell number: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.
Super Bright 600 is a tandem dye excited by the violet laser line (405 nm) and emits at 600 nm. Recommended filter: 610/20 bandpass. Ensure instrument compatibility.
When using multiple Super Bright dye-conjugated antibodies, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.
Light Sensitivity: Protect vial and stained samples from light.
Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333) for up to 3 days in the dark at 2–8°C with minimal impact on brightness and FRET efficiency.
