Target Information
AMPK beta 1은 AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK)의 조절 서브유닛입니다. AMPK는 α 촉매 서브유닛과 β, γ 비촉매 서브유닛으로 구성된 heterotrimer로, 세포 내 에너지 상태를 감지하는 중요한 효소입니다. AMPK는 대사적 스트레스에 반응하여 활성화되며, 지방산 및 콜레스테롤 생합성에 관여하는 주요 효소인 ACC와 HMGCR을 인산화하여 불활성화합니다. Beta 1 서브유닛은 AMPK 활성의 양성 조절자로 작용할 수 있으며, myristoylation과 phosphorylation은 효소 활성 및 세포 내 위치에 영향을 줍니다. 또한 AMPK 복합체의 결합을 매개하는 어댑터 분자로 기능할 수 있습니다.
