Description:
The eBioV.7C7 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse endomucin, a 75 kDa type I integral membrane protein identified as an endothelial cell marker. Endomucin belongs to the sialomucin family with extensive O-linked glycosylation. It is expressed on endothelial cells, except for high endothelial venules (HEV) in secondary lymphoid organs. It is also found on CD34⁺c-Kit⁺Sca-1⁺Lin⁻ hematopoietic progenitors capable of multi-lineage long-term hematopoietic reconstitution.
Applications Reported:
This antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of bEnd.3 cells. Recommended usage ≤ 1.0 µg per test (100 µL final volume). Cell number may range from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test. Optimize titration for best performance.
Fluorescence Properties:
- Excitation: 488–561 nm
