Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
- For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below.

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, as well as purified and partially purified Adenosine Deaminase (Calf Spleen).
Cross-reactivity against Adenosine Deaminase from other sources may occur but has not been specifically determined.
Target Information
Adenosine Deaminase (ADA) catalyzes the hydrolytic deamination of adenosine and 2-deoxyadenosine.
It plays a crucial role in purine metabolism and adenosine homeostasis, modulating extracellular adenosine signaling and indirectly affecting cellular signaling events.
May act as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation.
