For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD20 is a non-glycosylated surface phosphoprotein (33–37 kDa) expressed on mature and most malignant B cells, as well as a subset of T lymphocytes and follicular dendritic cells.
It regulates calcium conductance, cell cycle progression, and B-cell proliferation. CD20 associates with lipid rafts and remains at the cell surface after receptor ligation.
Due to its stable surface expression, CD20 is a valuable target for antibody-mediated B-cell depletion therapies.
Diseases associated with CD20 dysfunction include Ms4a1-related common variable immune deficiency.
