For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD20 is a non-glycosylated surface phosphoprotein (33–37 kDa) expressed on mature and most malignant B cells, a subset of T lymphocytes, and follicular dendritic cells.
It regulates calcium conductance, cell cycle progression, and B-cell proliferation.
CD20’s association with lipid rafts varies depending on extracellular stimuli and BCR aggregation.
After receptor ligation, CD20 remains on the cell surface while BCR undergoes endocytosis.
Due to its stable surface expression, CD20 is a key target for antibody-mediated therapeutic B-cell depletion.
Diseases associated with CD20 dysfunction include MS4A1-related common variable immune deficiency.
