Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The modification of proteins with ubiquitin is a key cellular process for degrading abnormal or short-lived proteins.
Ubiquitination involves three enzyme classes: E1 (activating), E2 (conjugating), and E3 (ligating).
UBE2D2 encodes an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme that mediates ubiquitination of tumor suppressor protein p53 under E3 ligase induction.
Two alternatively spliced transcript variants produce distinct isoforms.
