Target Information
The Transcription Factor EB (TFEB) belongs to the basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper superfamily of transcription factors and is translocated in a subset of renal tumors. TFEB regulates lysosomal biogenesis through mTOR complex 1 and coordinates autophagy by driving the expression of autophagy and lysosomal genes.
