Target Information
EB3는 APC(adenomatous polyposis coli)에 결합하는 것으로 알려진 EB1의 282 아미노산 상동체입니다. 시험관 내에서 튜불린과 결합하며, 생체 내에서는 미세소관과 결합합니다. Northern blot 분석 결과, 주로 뇌에서 발현되며 근육에서는 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다. EB3는 APCL(종양 억제 단백질 APC의 상동체)과 상호작용하며, 이 상호작용은 미세소관의 안정화 또는 연장에 관여할 수 있습니다.
