Target Information

Anti-Chicken secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for chicken immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of chicken IgY targets.
Secondary antibodies enable use of multiple detection systems such as HRP, AP, and fluorescence, providing enhanced sensitivity through signal amplification.
Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, these antibodies can be further purified and modified via immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, or label conjugation for high specificity.
