이 항체는 교차흡착(cross-adsorbed) 처리되어 닭, 말, 사람, 생쥐, 돼지, 쥐에 대한 비특이적 반응을 최소화합니다.
Western blot 실험에서는 PBST 또는 TBST 내 5% 탈지유(non-fat dry milk)를 이용한 블로킹 및 항체 반응을 권장하며, BSA는 권장되지 않습니다.

Target Information

Anti-Goat 2차 항체는 염소 면역글로불린에 특이적으로 결합하는 친화정제(affinity-purified) 항체로, 표적 단백질의 검출, 분리, 정제에 유용합니다.
2차 항체는 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)을 사용할 수 있으며, 여러 개의 2차 항체가 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호를 증폭시켜 민감도를 높입니다.
일반적으로, 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역시켜 생산하며, 추가적인 정제 및 변형(면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 표지 결합 등)을 통해 높은 특이성과 재현성을 제공합니다.
