F(ab`)2 fragments were prepared by pepsin digestion.
PA1-84341 detects IgG in human samples and does not cross-react with goat, mouse, rat, or equine serum proteins.

Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4°C in the dark.

For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10^6 cells in 100 µL.

Goat F(ab`)2 anti-Human IgG antibody recognizes human IgG and does not cross-react with Goat IgG Fc or mouse, rat, bovine, and horse serum proteins, as determined by immunoelectrophoresis.
