Product Specific Information

F(ab`)2 fragments were prepared by pepsin digestion.
PA1-84341 detects IgG in human samples and does not cross-react with goat, mouse, rat, or equine serum proteins.

Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4°C in the dark.

For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10^6 cells in 100 µL.

Goat F(ab`)2 anti-Human IgG antibody recognizes human IgG and does not cross-react with Goat IgG Fc or mouse, rat, bovine, and horse serum proteins, as determined by immunoelectrophoresis.

Target Information

Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins.
They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of human IgG targets.
Secondary antibodies enable versatile detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and offer enhanced sensitivity through signal amplification.
Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, then purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) to yield highly specific reagents.
