Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibody는 Mouse immunoglobulin에 특이적으로 결합하는 고순도 항체로, 검출·정렬·정제에 유용합니다.
다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence)에 적용 가능하며, 여러 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 감도를 제공합니다.
대부분의 2차 항체는 목표 종의 immunoglobulin 풀로 면역하여 제작되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등의 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 확보합니다.
