Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min.

FOXP1는 forkhead box (FOX) 전사인자 패밀리의 P 아형(subfamily P)에 속하는 유전자로, 발달 및 성체 단계에서 조직 및 세포 유형 특이적 유전자 전사 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다. FOXP1 단백질은 DNA 결합 도메인과 단백질-단백질 결합 도메인을 모두 포함하며, 여러 종양 유형에서 결손되어 종양 억제 유전자로 작용할 가능성이 보고되었습니다. 이 유전자는 염색체 3p14.1 영역에 위치하며, 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 다양한 아이소폼을 생성합니다.
