Corticotropin-releasing factor receptor 1 (CRFR1/CRHR1)는 스트레스 반응 및 불안 관련 행동 조절에 관여하는 수용체입니다. 이 수용체의 돌연변이는 불안 관련 행동을 감소시키며 쿠싱병(Cushing disease)의 발병과 관련될 수 있습니다. CRFR1은 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 여러 이소폼을 생성하며, 뇌하수체, 부신, 뇌, 결장, 난소, 태반, 고환, 백혈구, 피부 등에서 발현이 보고되었습니다. 인간의 뇌, 눈, 결장, 배아 라이브러리에서도 EST가 확인되었습니다.
