Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성합니다. 항체는 실온에서 동결건조 분말 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관해야 합니다. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일간 보관할 수 있으며, 장기 보관 시에는 소량으로 나누어 -20°C에 저장합니다. 반복적인 동결/해동을 피하고, 사용 전 모든 항체 용액을 원심분리(10,000 x g, 5분)하십시오.
Target Information
Chemokine-like receptor 1 (CMKLR1)는 chemoattractant adipokine chemerin/RARRES2 및 omega-3 지방산 유래 분자인 resolvin E1의 수용체입니다. RARRES2와의 상호작용은 SKY, MAPK1/3 (ERK1/2), MAPK14/P38MAPK 및 PI3K와 같은 세포 내 신호 분자를 활성화시켜 면역 반응 감소, 지방세포 형성 및 혈관 생성 촉진 등의 다기능적 효과를 유도합니다. Resolvin E1은 macrophage에서 MAPK1/3 (ERK1/2) 및 NF-kappa-B 활성화를 감소시켜 cytokine 생성을 억제합니다. CMKLR1은 지방세포 형성과 대사 조절에 관여하며, 여러 SIV 및 HIV-1 strain의 coreceptor로 작용합니다.
