For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

KHDC1 family members are K-homology (KH) domain-containing RNA binding proteins involved in various aspects of RNA metabolism, including transcription, splicing, transport, translation, and stability.
KHDC1 is highly expressed in oocytes and interacts with cytoplasmic polyadenylation element-binding protein 1 (CPEB1), a key translational regulator controlling mRNA polyA length.
KHDC1 functions as a global translational repressor and induces apoptosis through an ER-dependent signaling pathway. The C-terminal putative transmembrane motif (TMM) is critical for its activity.
