Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Galectins are a family of beta-galactoside-binding proteins involved in modulating cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions.
The LGALS9 gene encodes an S-type lectin, overexpressed in Hodgkin’s disease tissue. It may facilitate interactions between H and RS cells and surrounding cells, contributing to disease pathogenesis and associated immunodeficiency.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants exist for this gene.
