Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) to ensure the antibody is carrier-free.
Target Information
Angiopoietins are members of the vascular endothelial growth factor family and are growth factors largely specific for vascular endothelium.
Angiopoietin-1, -2, and -4 are involved in blood vessel formation.
The ANGPTL1 gene encodes a secreted protein widely expressed in adult tissues, with the highest mRNA levels in highly vascularized tissues.
Unlike other angiopoietins, ANGPTL1 does not act as an endothelial cell mitogen in vitro.
