Target Information
NR2E3는 NR2 Hepatocyte NF4-Like Receptor 계열에 속하며, 망막의 원뿔세포 증식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 인간 망막 발생 과정에서 광수용체 표현형 결정에 관여하며, RD7 생쥐에서 NR2E3 결실은 유전성 망막형성 이상 및 변성을 유발합니다. 또한 NR2E3의 동형접합성 missense 변이는 Belmonte 지역의 Crypto-Jews에서 망막색소변성과 연관되어 있습니다. 두 가지 대체 스플라이싱 동형이 보고되었으며, NR2E3는 망막에서 발현됩니다. 암성 폐, 결장, 난소 및 정상 안구 조직에서 ESTs가 분리되었습니다.
