For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

NR2E3 (Nuclear Receptor Subfamily 2, Group E, Member 3) is involved in cone cell proliferation during eye development and photoreceptor phenotype determination in human retinogenesis.
Mutations in NR2E3 are associated with hereditary retinal dysplasia, degeneration, and retinitis pigmentosa.
Two alternatively spliced isoforms have been identified. NR2E3 is expressed in the retina and has been detected in cancerous tissues such as lung, colon, and ovary, as well as in normal human eye.
