Target Information
Thrombomodulin (TM)은 Fetomodulin (FM), endothelial anticoagulant protein 또는 glycoprotein P112로도 알려져 있습니다. TM은 epidermal growth factor (EGF)와 유사한 6개의 반복 도메인과 lectin-like 단백질과 유사한 아미노 말단 도메인을 포함합니다. TM은 protein C의 활성화를 촉진하여 혈전 저항성을 유지하고 내피세포 표면에서의 응고를 억제하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Formalin-fixed 조직에서의 TM 면역조직화학 염색은 다양한 혈관성 종양, 수막종, 융모막암종 연구에 활용됩니다.
