Product Specific Information
Rehydrate with 0.55 mL of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. (Product has been overfilled to ensure complete recovery.)
Centrifuge to remove particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
Shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt.
No reactivity observed to non-immunoglobulin human serum proteins or serum proteins from bovine, mouse, or rabbit (based on immunoelectrophoresis).
Target Information
Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with high specificity for human immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of human IgG targets.
Secondary antibodies offer versatility and increased sensitivity via signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, then purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
