Target Information
CD47 (Integrin-Associated Protein, IAP)은 세포 표면에 널리 발현되는 막단백질로, 여러 인테그린과 상호작용하여 세포 부착 및 신호전달을 조절합니다. CD47은 Thrombospondin의 C-말단 결합 도메인에 대한 수용체로 작용하며, 세포 내 칼슘 농도 조절, 세포 이동, B세포 부착, T세포 활성화 등에 관여합니다. 또한 CD47은 대식세포의 수용체인 CD172a(SIRPα)와 결합하여 식세포 작용을 억제하는 면역조절 기능을 수행합니다. 뇌 및 망막의 시냅스가 풍부한 부위에서 특히 높은 발현을 보입니다.
