Target Information
CD47 (Integrin-Associated Protein, IAP)은 세포 표면에 널리 발현되는 막관통 당단백질로, 여러 인테그린과 상호작용하여 세포 부착 및 신호 전달을 조절합니다. CD47은 트롬보스폰딘의 C-말단 세포 결합 도메인에 대한 수용체로 작용하며, 세포 내 칼슘 농도 증가, 세포 이동, B/T 세포 활성화, 연골세포의 기계적 자극 반응 조절, 신경 발달 등에 관여합니다. 또한 CD172a(SIRPα)와 결합하여 대식세포의 식세포 작용을 억제합니다.
