Alexa Fluor™ Plus recombinant antibodies are conjugated using proprietary dye chemistry for enhanced fluorescence performance.
These antibodies provide:

• Brighter signal and improved signal-to-noise ratio
• Better specificity and lot-to-lot consistency through recombinant production

Usage Tips:
Centrifuge the conjugate solution briefly before use and apply only the supernatant to experiments to minimize nonspecific background staining.

Tested Applications:
This Btjce antibody has been validated in:

• Mouse brain tissue (IHC)
• NTERA-2 cells (ICC/IF and Flow Cytometry)
  Recommended concentration: 2 µg/mL for ICC, 0.5 µg/test for Flow Cytometry.
  A test is defined as the antibody amount to stain a cell sample in 100 µL volume (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
  Optimize dilution for best assay performance.

It regulates gene expression in the stomach and forms complexes with other proteins to act as a transcriptional activator.
Mutations in SOX2 are linked to bilateral anophthalmia, optic nerve hypoplasia, and syndromic microphthalmia.
