Target Information
TIP47 (Perilipin-3)는 mannose-6-phosphate receptor의 엔도솜-골지체 간 수송에 관여하는 cargo 단백질로 알려져 있습니다.
이 단백질은 cation-independent 및 cation-dependent MPRs의 세포질 도메인과 상호 작용하며, GTPase RAB9와 결합하여 cargo 결합 친화도를 증가시킵니다.
또한 인간 및 소의 milk fat globule membrane에 존재하며, 태반 단백질로도 보고되었습니다.
자궁경부암 환자의 순환계에서 TIP47의 분비량이 증가하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, oncodevelopmental marker로서의 잠재적 중요성을 가집니다.
