Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

CD47 (Integrin-Associated Protein, IAP)은 세포 표면에 광범위하게 발현되는 막 단백질로, 여러 인테그린과 상호작용하여 세포 신호전달을 조절합니다.
CD47 결합은 G 단백질 활성화, 세포 내 칼슘 농도 증가, 세포 부착 및 이동 조절에 관여합니다.
또한 CD47은 thrombospondin의 C-말단 결합 도메인에 대한 수용체로 작용하며, CD172a(SIRPα)와의 상호작용을 통해 대식세포의 식세포 작용을 억제합니다.
이 시스템은 세포 이동, B세포 부착, T세포 활성화, 연골세포의 기계적 자극 반응 조절, 신경 발달에도 영향을 미칩니다. 특히 뇌와 망막의 시냅스가 풍부한 부위에서 많이 발현됩니다.
