Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RWDD3 (RSUME) is a small RWD-containing protein that plays a central role in sumoylation by enhancing SUMO conjugation within immune-inflammatory regulatory networks.
It increases Ikappa-Beta sumoylation and stability, inhibits TNF-α-induced kappaB-LUC reporter activity, and suppresses NF-kappa-Beta activity on inflammatory genes such as IL-8 and Cox-2, potentially favoring anti-inflammatory pathways.
RWDD3 expression is induced under hypoxic conditions and may contribute to vascularization. Both BMP-4 and RWDD3 are potential targets for inhibiting pituitary tumorigenesis.
