Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve an antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

They consist of two linked complexes:
- F1: Hydrophilic catalytic core
- F0: Membrane-embedded protein channel
ATP5I (also known as mitochondrial ATP synthase subunit E or ATP5K) is a 69 amino acid protein localized to the inner mitochondrial membrane and part of the F0 complex.
