Product Specific Information
FN50 단일클론 항체는 인간 CD69(very early activation antigen, VEA)에 반응합니다. CD69는 약 30 kDa 크기의 이황화 결합 이합체로, 활성화 시 림프구, 단핵세포, 혈소판 표면에 빠르게 발현됩니다.
이 항체는 PHA로 자극된 정상 인간 말초혈액세포를 대상으로 한 유세포분석(Flow Cytometry)에 최적화되어 있으며, 5 µL (0.125 µg)/test로 사용합니다.
Excitation: 488 nm / Emission: 520 nm (Blue Laser)
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
Target Information
CD69 (AIM, Active Inducer Molecule)은 60 kDa의 이황화 결합된 호모이합체로, 활성화된 혈소판과 림프구에서 발현됩니다. 정상 말초혈액에서도 일부 세포가 CD69 항원을 발현하며, 림프구 신호전달 및 증식 조절에 관여합니다. 또한 NK 세포 및 혈소판에서 신호 전달 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
CD69 이상 발현은 진균 감염증(coccidiodomycosis) 및 천식과 관련이 있습니다.
