Target Information
Carbonic anhydrase (CA)는 이산화탄소와 물을 탄산, 양성자, 중탄산염으로 빠르게 전환시키는 효소입니다. 모든 포유류 조직에 풍부하며, 저산소 상태에서 HIF-1α를 통해 유도되는 여러 유전자 중 하나인 CA IX는 안정성과 막 위치로 인해 높은 유도성을 보입니다. Carbonic anhydrase는 정상 조직의 pH 조절에 중요한 역할을 하며, 저산소 상태에서 CA IX 차단은 세포 사멸을 증가시킵니다. 따라서 CA IX는 저산소증의 신뢰할 수 있는 조직화학적 마커로 사용됩니다.
