Target Information

Carbonic anhydrase (CA)는 이산화탄소와 물을 탄산, 양성자, 중탄산 이온으로 빠르게 전환시키는 효소로, 모든 포유류 조직에 풍부하게 존재합니다.
CA IX는 저산소 상태에서 HIF-1α에 의해 유도되는 대표적인 유전자 중 하나로, 세포막에 안정적으로 위치합니다.
Carbonic anhydrases는 정상 조직의 pH 조절에 중요한 역할을 하며, CA IX의 억제는 저산소 상태에서 세포 사멸을 증가시킵니다.
따라서 CA IX는 저산소 상태의 신뢰할 수 있는 조직화학적 마커로 사용됩니다.
