Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris와 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
이 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 기존의 carbonic anhydrase 유전자와 서열 유사성이 있어 CA 관련 단백질로 명명되었습니다. 그러나 해당 단백질은 탄산탈수효소 활성을 가지지 않습니다. CA8 유전자의 전사가 결여된 마우스 소뇌(lurcher mutant)에서 신경학적 결함이 관찰되어, 이 효소 비활성형 단백질이 중요한 생리적 역할을 함을 시사합니다.
