Product Specific Information
The monoclonal mouse IgG1 κ immunoglobulin (clone P3.6.2.8.1) is useful as an isotype control.
This antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and mouse splenocytes.
Use the isotype control at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
Fluorochrome characteristics:
- Excitation: 405 nm (Violet laser)
- Emission: 506 nm
- Recommended filter: 510/20 band pass or equivalent
- Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered
Target Information
Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G produced by B cells in response to antigens.
It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a crucial role in adaptive immune response, including opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
Mouse IgG1 is widely used in research and diagnostic applications such as ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, as well as in immunotherapy and vaccine development.
