비인산화 myosin light chain에 대한 반응성은 ELISA 기준 1% 미만입니다.
인간 및 생쥐 myosin light chain과 교차 반응이 예상되며, 다른 종과의 반응성은 확인되지 않았습니다.
면역원 서열이 포유류 및 조류에서 거의 동일하므로 교차 반응이 예상됩니다.
BLAST 분석 결과 smooth 및 non-muscle 형태의 myosin regulatory light chain은 동일한 서열을 가집니다.
Target Information
Myosin regulatory light polypeptide 9(MYL9)은 인간 MYL9 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질로, 근육 수축 조절에 관여합니다.
Myosin은 두 개의 heavy chain과 네 개의 light chain으로 구성된 육합체 단백질이며, 이 중 두 개의 light chain은 인산화 가능 부위입니다.
MYL9 및 MYL12는 CD69의 새로운 기능적 리간드로, CD69-MYL9/12 상호작용 차단은 천식 모델에서 알레르기성 기도 염증을 완화시키는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
