Target Information
CD39 세포 표면 항원은 70–100 kDa 분자로, 말초혈액 B 세포, 단핵구, T 세포 클론에서 발현되며, 과립구에서는 약하게 발현됩니다. CD39는 ecto-ATPase 활성을 가지며, T 세포에서 유도되고 B 세포에서는 후반 활성화 항원으로 발현이 증가합니다.
