Target Information
ELL은 RNA polymerase II의 전사 연장을 촉진하는 super elongation complex (SEC)의 구성 요소입니다. 또한 RNA polymerase II 및 III에 의한 snRNA 유전자 전사 조절에 필요한 little elongation complex (LEC)의 구성 요소로 작용합니다. SEC 복합체에 조립되기 전 초기 단계에서 RNA polymerase II의 모집 및 개시 복합체 안정화에 관여하며, 전사 일시 정지 부위 진입을 돕습니다. (UniProt)
