Product Specific Information
PA1-039 detects mouse macrophage inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS); rat, bovine, Drosophila, and porcine brain nitric oxide synthase (bNOS); human, porcine and bovine epithelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS).
- Western blot에서 약 135 kDa (mouse iNOS), 155 kDa (rat, bovine, porcine bNOS), 140 kDa (porcine, bovine eNOS) 단백질을 검출
- IHC에서 Drosophila optic tissue의 optic nerve 및 human endothelial cells, macrophages, peripheral neural tract cells에서 NOS 염색 확인
- Immunogen은 mouse iNOS와 bNOS의 DQ(1113)KRYHEDIFG(1122) 서열에 해당하는 합성 펩타이드이며, 다양한 NOS isoform 간에 높은 보존성을 가짐
Target Information
Nitric oxide synthase (NOS)는 아르지닌의 구아니딘 질소를 산화시켜 자유 라디칼 형태의 nitric oxide(NO)와 시트룰린을 생성합니다. 생성된 NO는 혈관 확장, 신경전달, 항종양 및 항병원체 활동 등 다양한 생리적 기능에 관여합니다.
NOS는 다음 세 가지 유형으로 분류됩니다:
- Neuronal NOS (nNOS, brain NOS)
- Inducible NOS (iNOS, macrophage NOS)
- Endothelial NOS (eNOS)
이 항체는 iNOS, bNOS, eNOS와 반응합니다.
