Western blot에서 랫드 뇌에서 약 37 kDa의 A1AR 단백질을 검출하며, Immunohistochemistry(Paraffin)에서도 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
면역원은 랫드 Adenosine Receptor A1의 잔기 C(309)–D(326)에 해당하는 합성 펩타이드입니다.
Target Information
Adenosine receptors (ARs)는 7-막관통 G-단백질 결합 수용체(superfamily)에 속합니다. AR은 A1, A2a, A2b, A3의 네 가지 아형으로 구분되며, 각각 심박수, 평활근 긴장도, 혈소판 응집, 염증, 세포 성장 및 사멸, 신경전달 등 다양한 생리학적 과정을 매개합니다.
A1AR은 Gi 및 Go 단백질을 활성화하며, 아데닐릴 사이클라아제 억제 및 인산화효소 C 자극을 통해 세포 내 칼슘 저장소를 동원합니다.
또한 A1AR은 칼륨 채널 활성화를 통해 심혈관계에 중요한 영향을 미치며, 뇌(소뇌, 해마, 시상, 피질) 및 척수에서 높은 발현을 보입니다. 지방세포에서는 지방분해 억제 및 포도당 흡수를 촉진합니다. 신장 및 고환에서도 발현됩니다.
