The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
BRI3 (brain protein I3), also known as pRGR2 or I3, is a 125 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein.
The gene encoding BRI3 maps to human chromosome 7, which is about 158 million bases long and encodes over 1000 genes, representing about 5% of the human genome.
Chromosome 7 has been linked to various conditions including Osteogenesis imperfecta, Pendred syndrome, Lissencephaly, Citrullinemia, and Shwachman-Diamond syndrome.
Deletions of portions of the q arm of chromosome 7 are associated with Williams-Beuren syndrome and several myeloid disorders such as acute myelogenous leukemia and myelodysplasia.
